Musiques de Nuit Diffusion Association (MND) welcomed all the DIGITAL projects partners to Borduex, France for the kick-off meeting of the project. It was a highly productive meeting around a topic of significant importance, not just in France but across Europe. Margaux from MND was the Chair for the meeting ensuring everyone was given the opportunity for their input and the meeting progressed as per the Agenda. This included some interactive workshops between the partners to discuss the target audience of the project and other important questions that required deliberation.
The meeting facilitated the discussion of the partners roles and responsibilities within the project and their aims and views of Digital technologies to improve Adult Education.
The tangible results of the project was discussed at the meeting and the partners concluded that it will include:
- Output 1-Raise awareness of the benefits of digital learning by sharing leading examples of digital learning innovation for disadvantaged and marginalised adults through developing a Good Practice Compendium
- Output 2-Provide educators with practical guidance and tools to merge best practice pedagogy with 20 of the best digital learning resources in a DIGITAL Toolbox.
- Output 3-Enable educators to grow in confidence and skills by developing the DIGITAL e-learning course.
The first meeting was very successful and really set the tone for how the partners hope the project will continue to run for the future!
